Who is she?

Could this be a Forler? Luft? Lasso? My father thinks this may be Emma Lasso or perhaps Irene Forler but we're not sure.

Irene Forler/Luft?

I think this is Irene Forler (Emma Lassow's daughter) who married Edward Luft. The man here isn't Edward so I'm unsure who he may be.

He could be one of Irene's brothers - Carl, Jack or William.
